Do you service in bad weather?
We work through most weather conditions. However, in the case of severe storms or heavy snow that prevents us from seeing waste, we may postpone service to the following day or next scheduled visit.
How do you access my yard?
We simply require a clear path to your yard. If you have a locked gate, please ensure it is unlocked or provide us with a code or key location prior to your service day.
Can my dogs be outside during service?
Yes! We love dogs. As long as your dog is friendly and comfortable with strangers entering the yard, they are welcome to stay outside while we work.
How do payments work?
We offer easy online payments through Wix Payments. You can set up recurring billing for your weekly service or pay for one-time cleanups instantly with any major credit card.
